Applicants from McMaster, Here are the prereqs that got me to OVC (also my degree was Bio with a physiology specialization) Biology: Bio 2F03, 3P03 is what i took. Most bio courses would be accepted I'm fairly sure. Courses I know that will not be accepted are Bio 4J03, 4F06, 4C09, and 4R03. Also be careful with Bio 3ZZ3 it messes up your full time semesters, it most likely won't be counted and also will invalidate your semesters as full time, so watch for that. Cell Biology: I used Bio 2B03, but I'm fairly sure a friend of mine got Bio 3P03 approved for this prereq Genetics: Bio 2C03, fairly straight forward. Stats: Stats 2B03 work for me although it did not have a calc requirement Biochemistry: There are so many that can be used. I used Biochem 4M03 Soc Sci and Humanities: I used Econ 1B03 and Psych 3F03. Also a lot of possibilities for this category. Hope This Helps.

@greg, I am currently studying in the Integrated Science (iSci) program at McMaster University and with the iSci program structure being so unique to other conventional science programs i'm worried that a lot of my courses may not be accepted. I'm not sure if you're aware, but iSci is 1A24, 2A18, 3A12, 4A12, so marks aren't posted as per individual course, instead marks are posted as one big grade. I am not sure what to do.

Sorry to hound you with questions, but how was your experience with applying with these courses to guelph? Did you eventually get into OVC? It was fine. I wouldn't recommend taking Histology as a cell bio though, it was a really hard course. Around this time of year (June) would be a good time to get your courses approved for next year so you can make sure you're set for September I did and I'm sure you will too
