Hello! I am currently working on getting my pre-requiste courses and I was wondering if there is a limit on the number of online-courses that can be accepted to cover the pre-requiste courses requirements?
Thank you.

No, but you must get the content approved and they must be done in a full time semester.

Hi Elizabeth, Does the Admissions Committee weigh courses based on where they were taken? For example, are classes taken at a prestigious university weighted more than online courses? Moreover, have successful applicants taken classes at Athabasca & Thompson Rivers?

Hey, I was admitted to OVC this year with an online course from Thompson Rivers as one of my pre-reqs. You just need to get courses approved for content by OVC to be sure they’ll accept them!

We don't look at where the courses were taken as long as the institution is accredited. Just be sure to get content approved before you take the course to avoid disappointment.
