Hi everyone,
I've read from other threads here that people have been notified about whether or not they were selected for an interview, but I havent been notified of anything yet. Does the notification come via email? How did you all find out whether or not you got an interview?

Yes you will receive an email and I don't think they have gone out yet but they should be coming this week.

Just to clarify/summarize and hopefully settle some anxious hearts, there was a preliminary undergrad cut a number of weeks ago (presumably based on marks), which is probably what you're reading in other threads. No interview notifications went out at that point. From my understanding, the final cut and interview invitations for undergrads are expected to be released by end of April- AKA this week. If you haven't heard anything yet you're still in the running, so keep an eye on Guelph mail and application status. The graduate cohort applications haven't been looked at yet, and those selected for interviews will be notified after the undergraduates. We've heard speculation of both May and June for this, but a timeline has yet to be confirmed.

Just to let others know, I was denied last week after the first round of cuts went out. So it may be worth checking your webadvisor again

For sure! I applied last year with a 24 MCAT, 84 and 84 for last 2 full time semesters and 8 prerequisites. I got an interview and scored an 82. I was extremely disappointed when I wasn't offered admission because I worked I disagree off to earn those grades while gaining my 1000+ hours of animal experience and reading everything I could for the interview and practicing. It is extremely disheartening to be rejected without interview this year, though I had to apply with the same grades as before I had hoped the removal of the MCAT would help as it was my weakest component. Obviously I was wrong. I feel for everybody who puts in the hours and wants this just as desperately as I do. I applied to other schools this year and was accepted so I am headed out of the country and will be a DVM. But I am fortunate enough to have the resources to allow me to do this.

I chose SGU for a couple of reasons. Firstly, I had heard much better things about SGU's curriculum, NAVLE pass rate, clinical rotations, and overall student happiness. I also wanted to have a real X-mas and summer break and not go to school year round. I knew I could apply to do my clinical year back here in Canada at PEI or SASK through SGU, which I don't think you can with Ross. Overall I got a better general feeling and impressions from SGU.
