I'm currently volunteering at a clinic and hopefully the vet I'm working with can be my future referee..However, I won't apply to OVC until two years later. I really doubt whether he could still remember me two years later, let alone evaluate me..... how would you guys solve this problem?
Thanks!

I would recommend you stay in touch since the referee must fill in the forms online the year you apply

You could aslo ask them to write the reference letter for you and keep it on their computer until you apply! You could also volunteer for them again but if you are good the first time, you can make a lasting impression and veterinarians usually have a great memory...
