Hello,
I am a mature student (took 4 years off between highschool and university), and am conflicted whether it is relevant to include awards/extracurriculars/jobs I had during highschool (most are from 2011/2012). I worked full time during my years off, so I do not have many extracurriculars or any awards to list, other than those I had in highschool.
Thanks!

Honestly I would not include them, I think it looks like a reach. Plus it’s marks and references that are important so I wouldn’t worry about this.

You will never be penalized for putting more information than necessary (as long as they are truthful and don't raise flags - no, old experience or unimportant experience is not a flag). Include anything on your BIF that makes you feel like you have put your best into your application. If you don't, you may be left wondering what went wrong if you are rejected.

Agreed with OVCp1! I had an extracurricular on my BIF last year that I started doing in 1996 (when I was 4 years old) and kept up until 2012, and I got in!
