What do I put in the "FROM" and "TO" fields if I established residency by living in Ontario for 3 summers (52 weeks)? Also, I'm using a letter from my employer as proof, but who do I send this to? Can it be scanned and emailed or does it have to be a sent by mail?
Emailed these questions to DVM admissions, but I was hoping to get a faster reply from the friendly folks on this forum who might've had to go through this process.
