Does anybody know if this following rule, applies only to the 8 pre-requisite courses?:
"Courses will not be acceptable if they are repeats of previously passed courses, or if they are taken at the same level or a lower level in a subject area than previously passed courses in the same subject area. This includes courses with significant overlap in content. Students should consider their institution's course sequencing in determining if a course is considered the same level"
I am at Western, and this coming semester I am taking Math1229 Methods of Matrix Algebra, but am being paranoid it wont be acceptable towards my "last two full-time semesters" since I took Calculus1000 in first year. Please let me know if you have any insight!!! Thanks. These are both 1000 level "math" courses, which is why I am worried. But they aren't anti-requisites to each other (dont have course overlap), and are under different course categories (Math versus Calculus)...
Thanks for the help!!! Really appreciate it.

From what I understand you should be ok. I'm doing the same thing with an immunology course. With the full time semester you just need to make sure you are taking courses appropriate for you year level so if you 3rd year 60% of you course load should be third year or higher. If you were to say take 3 second year courses then your semester would be unacceptable.

I am actually in fourth year, but 60% of my courses are 3rd year level or above, so thats still okay yes?
Pertaining to my math course though, yes I am hoping its OK because though they are both the same level course (1000 level/first year)...they are under a different course category (math versus calculus) and don't have content overlap. Deanna is away until after the semester begins unfortunately...can't get official approvals yet.
Thanks for the help.
