If your bachelor of science is a mix of full-time and part-time studies does this affect a future application to vet school? Like say if someone doesn't apply to vet school for 10 years after would this setup affect that application in the future? (to note: the 2 years and requirements for vet school being met)

I'm not sure what the relevance of mixing full and part-time studies is with applying in the future. You must meet the admission criteria (acceptable courses must be taken in a full time (2.5 credit) semester or OVC won't look at them (unless you have approval from them for a valid reason for the reduced course load). So assuming that you've met all the requirements (in full-time semesters) you can apply with them anytime, but keep in mind that admissions criteria do sometimes change so I wouldn't be comfortable setting myself up to apply 10 years later because the admissions requirements may be totally different.
Tldr; courses must be taken in full-time semesters. If you apply years later, your courses may be fine but who knows if the admissions criteria will be the same or not.
