There is a large bank of questions so you may end up getting a repeat or two. There was a study done on MMIs that showed that candidates' scores did not improve when they knew the questions ahead of time. It might put your mind at ease, but there is no real advantage there.

I interviewed 3 times before getting an acceptance. There may be some repeat questions but don't focus on rehersing answers. Focus on working logically through the scenarios with good presentation skills.
Overall my score didn't increase significantly between the first and second interview, but it jumped for my third interview. I'd say you're at an advantage in that you know what the process is, you've been there before. Relax as much as you can and show the interviewers what you know.
Good luck!

I second Kraken's post. This will be my third time getting an interview (if I get one this year). My interview score improved from the first time I did it, but I think it was more due to being more comfortable with working through the scenarios and how I presented my answers! Best of luck to the both of us!

Kraken, what do you think made the major difference in your third interview? Did you prepare for it differently? Any advice is appreciated!

Honestly confidence was the big change for me. I had a back up plan if vet school didn't work out and I'd been through the motions of the interview twice already. I made a point to talk to the other interviewees in the awkward wait before the interviews start. I tried to just stay calm so I could give the best presentation possible. If you work through everything logically and try to give an answer with some flow you will score well.
