I did it like right after we got the other email and still don’t have one. I emailed them to ask and they just replied saying
“I’m not sure why it kicks out the thank you for some, but not others! It’s set up to trigger for each completed survey.”
So I think it’s okay? They’ve probably never used this and neither have we so I’m sure/hoping it’s not a big deal

I got mine about 2 hours after submitting the survey - I agree with guesttttt and think it's probably just not working correctly. I didn't get an email with the teams invitation yet.
