The first time western sent my transcript it was missing a grade due to me having to write a make up exam in january. The second one was sent on feb 8th, it hasn't been updated on web advisor yet. Should I be worried that it hasn't been updated or can it be updated after March 1st?

Not sure if this answers your question, but I had a similar experience. I also go to Western and had to request a new transcript because a mark for one of my courses was changed. The new transcript was sent on January 19, however Webadvisor only showed my old transcript for the longest time. I emailed admissions about this and they told me that as long as the status on OUAC says received, then it means that they got it. My new transcript just showed up on Webadvisor yesterday, meaning it took a bit over 5 weeks for it to update.

Mine still just says sent which is a little upsetting but it should be there after 2.5 weeks

If I emailed admissions and asked if it was in what is the likelihood that they would tell me?

I had some issues with one of my reference letters being submitted last year and I emailed admissions and they were super helpful so I would definitely try

I would also email admissions to confirm. I had a grade change as well and Kelly Hunter confirmed for me that the updated grade was correct.
