Hi everyone, Now that interviews are over, I just thought I'd create a board for those awaiting results. Please feel free to share your thoughts and feelings. We're all here for each other! I, personally, am feeling very anxious about results. If you're feeling the same way – you're not alone, and no matter the result, we'll get through this

I am really anxious as well. I felt like my interview did not go as well as I hoped . Fingers crossed I feel you! I keep trying to remind myself that I did the best that I could in that moment and that it's over and done with now. I think that it's important not to overthink it and I'm sure that you did much better than you think!

For anyone worried about your interview, mine was super short and I totally thought I bombed it. If you knew your BIF well, you probably did much better than you think!

I’m sure you all did great, even if it didn’t feel like it. Just getting an interview took a lot of hard work and ambition… I hope that everyone is truly proud of themselves no matter the outcome! I really enjoyed the interview even though I was nervous before hand. I feel grateful for the whole experience. Hopefully we all get in and I meet you all in a few months woot woot!!! Sending good vibes.

Hey Everyone. Just wanted to come on here and say to please not be so hard on yourselves. What you could have answered in the 2 hours after the interview is not in any way reflective of your success/failure at the interview, and the interviewers know you only had 2 minutes to think about really deep and reflective questions! Be so proud of how far you have come; remember the hours you have poured into getting such a high average, the time spent stressing about the Casper (but still succeeding), and because of all your hard work, you were able to get an interview. This is not an easy feat at all.
Remember that getting into vet school does not define who you are! Everything happens for a reason, and even if you do not get in, it does not define who you are as a person. Take care of yourself and treat yourself in the next few weeks while we are all waiting for results, you deserve to take a break from the stress of this all!

The wait is horrible but hopefully we'll all get good news soon!
I am 99.9% sure we won't hear back this week though, they need to re-rank and re-check all the applications before making the final list. So try and find some fun things to do this week that can take your mind off WebAdvisor!

How do you think interviews were scheduled? Alphabetically, highest to lowest average, random? Just wondering what everyone’s thoughts are. Best of luck to everyone!

Some friends and I were wondering the same thing!
I know enough people to say it wasn't alphabetical. It could be from highest to lowest, but the scheduling gaps between us didn't seem to match the differences in averages, but with CASPer it can be hard to tell.
My guess is it was probably random though...

It could be from lowest to highest. A friend of mine went before me and we compared.
I am super anxious and I keep checking even though I know it won’t come out as fast. Fingers crossed. 🤧

Yeah I am not really sure how they did it. I applied in the graduate cohort and was on the first day interviews started. So not sure if grad students went first and then they moved onto undergraduate cohort? Anyone else here do the grad cohort and can confirm that. I have also checked a gazillion times since my interview lol. Super anxious, but proud of everyone who did their interview. That is an amazing accomplishment in itself

I applied in the undergraduate cohort with a 93 avg and 4th quartile casper. I did my interview on the first day. Judging from the responses, it was most likely random.

Averages likely have nothing to do with scheduling! I had a 5 point percentage difference between myself and my friend last year and we went on the same day. Don't over think it! Just take a deep breath.

The interviews were random. Grad cohort applicants had separate interviews Monday and Tuesday afternoon.

Anyone know when we might hear about admissions? Last year, they got the results June 17th. So I'm expecting this year's results to come out at a similar time.

I know there is nothing more I can do but I can not get my mind off of it. Anyone else in the same boat?
