I have just started the process of filling out the internal transfer form but had a couple of questions I am hoping someone knows the answers to. I know i have to fill in the University of Guelph as institution attended but in choosing dates attended it asks for an end date. Since I am in third year I have put the start date as September 2013 but I wasn't sure what the "to " date should be. I am thinking April 2016 as that is the end of the school year for which I am enrolled? Also, since I am in third year do I put 3 in the no.of years attended as I will have completed third year by April 2016 or just 2 since I have only completed two years at the time of application?
Also, for the degree section do I put "no" since I am in third year and have not been granted a degree? Or do I put the degree program I am enrolled in (Hons B Sc) even though I will not receive my degree this year? At first I did put in the degree , but when I did this it showed up as "degree awarded " in the final summary section. So I'm thinking maybe I should just specify my program of study but put " no" in the degree section? If anyone knows the answer to this I would appreciate it as I don't want to submit it incorrectly thanks
