When filling out animal activities, do services I pay for, like horseback riding lessons, count?

And another question. I grew up on a farm and worked for my parents alot in the barn, milking and taking care of animals. When I was in highschool, it was treated as a job and I was payed for it. However, it is working for my parents. Does that count?

I would put both as animal experience. That is, assuming that you have learned more about horses through your riding lessons other than riding - handling horses, grooming, assessing behaviour, feeding, etc. I think your farm work is great animal experience, unfortunately I don't believe working for your parents counts as a "real" job. But contact the school about it if you feel like you really need to put it under work experience.
