When completing our BIF does it matter how soon we submit it? I understand it should be completed to give our references enough time to write a reference. But, in terms or applications is it favoured the sooner you send it in? Are those individuals reviewed first or do spots fill? I wanted to include experiences from November and December in my BIF.
Also when completing the BIF are we able to save our work and come back to it or once we begin the application or we must submit?

I am under the impression that it doesn't matter when you submit your BIF, in terms of it getting reviewed earlier. You would have to email admissions for a for sure answer. And yes, you can save it and come back to it before you submit it. The BIF is due February 1st and references are due March 1st, therefore, the application process gives your references 1 month to submit their referee assessments.

I submitted my BIF like 3 days before the deadline, I don't think they start reviewing them until it passes. If you know your references are busy it's nice to give them more time to submit but otherwise it doesn't matter.
You can save and come back as many times as you like.

Hi there,
I am wondering if anyone applying to the grad cohort is having issues with their BIF? Specifically, the reference section...
Because I am applying through the grad cohort I require four references (not three). However, the fourth reference spot and the information I entered there keeps disappearing when I log out (even though I save the form). Everything else saves when I log out and log back in. If I log in and out several times, the fourth reference spot will come back, but the info I put there is deleted (its blank again) even though my other three references and all other info remain. I have tried on two different computers and experience the same issue. I have emailed admissions and they said they'd look into it. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this, and if so, had a solution.
Thanks in advance!
