Does anyone know if the Casper test will be verbal or written?
Thank you.

Wait so there is questions that you will have to speak into to answer? or the questions can just be presented verbally or written? I was under the impression we were to type in all of our answers... is this incorrect?

each scenario is presented in video format with audio. The follow-up questions to each scenario are given in written format where you answer by typing out your answers. hope this helps a bit!

Yes the actual "casper" test answers are typed out (3 questions in 5 min/scenario). However, OVC also stated that we will have to participate in the new "SNAPSHOT" portion of the test that has rolled out this past year. There is not a lot of information on it as it is a new section. However, it appears that you will be asked 3 general "interview" type questions and you will answer verbally. Because this is a new test, the SNAPSHOT is not supposed to affect our interview scores. They are using it as a trial run for future years.

When you say it's both, is the verbal component you're referring to the new Snapshot feature? Based on the OVC website, I was under the impression that it was voluntary. Thanks in advance!
