Hello,
On my webadvisor, it says that I need to submit a 'English Proficiency Results High School Transcript' but I've been studying in Canada since grade 1. Do I need to submit anything or what should I do?
Thanks!

As this is such a specific question to your application, you need to contact Ms. Deanna Lundmark in admissions for clarification (lundmark@registrar.uoguelph.ca). Just looking over OVC's admissions page ( www.ovc.uoguelph.ca/future/dvm/applicants/non-canadian/#English), it looks like English proficiency is only required for "[applicants] whose primary or first language is not English and have had less than four years of full-time secondary school study in an English-language school system..." Since you've been attending school in Canada since grade 1, I wouldn't think you would have to submit anything to prove your English proficiency, but maybe they just want a high school transcript to prove you went to an English high school for four years if you were in another country prior to grade 1. But, yeah, definitely follow-up with Ms. Lundmark for a definitive answer.

what's with the case with international students? Do they need to submit an English proficiency certificate or pass English proficiency exams like the IELTS or TOEFL?

I just got my English Proficiency approved. For me, they looked at my university transcript and not high school. It might take a few weeks but it will go through!
