Hey everyone, I understand that due to this years admissions still in progress Deanna Lundmark is very busy at the moment. I have tried to call her a few times a week in an attempt to just verify that my pre requisite courses that were submitted to be approved (for next admission cycle) were actually received by her. I have left her a voice message a couple weeks ago with no reply. I am only concerned that they will not be approved in time or in the event that she has not received my request I must resend it.
Does anyone know a better way to contact her? Does she have a secretary I can reach?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Try contacting the Admissions department rather than her directly. The ppl at the front desk have always been really good at tracking that kind of info down. From the admissions site:
General Information 519-821-2130
Canadian High School Students, Transfer Students, Visiting Students, Post-Degree Students, Mature Students 519-824-4120 Ext. 58721
Good luck.

I had the same issue and ended up emailing Karen Pentland (pentland@registrar.uoguelph.ca), who confirmed that my course approval had been received within a couple days. Good luck!
