Hi All! A couple questions about the internal transfer form When adding institutions in the Prepare Your Application section, what do we use as "to date" for our current institution if we are still enrolled? I was guessing we would put April 2014 since that is the date we are enrolled until but don't want to do it wrong! On the same page, there does not appear to be an option for zoology as "program studied" at UoGuelph, anyone else have this problem? Suggestions what else to select? Thanks in advance!!

I'd agree that April 2014 makes the most sense for your current institution, since it's the end of the current academic year. On the same page, there does not appear to be an option for zoology as "program studied" at UoGuelph, anyone else have this problem? Suggestions what else to select? I'd just select whatever program you think is most appropriate, or the closest to what you're currently studying as available from the provided list. The program you're coming from has no bearing on the DVM admission process, so I honestly doubt it really matters anyways.

For the activities section is it just activities during the summer? It says activities while not studying full time? Should we include jobs as well because it says activities but it also says volunteer so I'm not sure what to put!
Thanks

Guest 12121212: I think this section is more for applying to programs that don't have a separate background form but can't hurt to fill it out just in case! Guest 1234: I think for the activities section we can put jobs, volunteer, sports, etc. as long as it was during the summer. I don't think it really matters in the grand scheme of the application. Personally I just want to make sure I don't eliminate my chances by screwing up something silly so I can understand wanting to do it all properly! Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!

Do you know if we need to add our high school as well? It says post secondary only for institution but there is an option for grade 12 for highest level completed? as well it says anything prior to UoG
Thanks

An update! For anyone who was wondering
The activities section is only for periods of time ie. gap year away from UoG it does not include the summer. So if you had no gap years between high school UoG and applying then you don't need to fill this section out!
Also you don't need to add high school to you application.
I just spoke with someone from admissions services who walked me through the application. (if you were wondering about my sources)

Hello
I have submitted my internal transfer form and released my MCAT score but I wanted to wait and see how I did this past semester before applying. My application has not been received and my MCAT is pending and due to the weather no one worked today and they are closed until January 2 which is passed the deadline. Does this mean that my application will not meet the deadline of January 1 even though it was submitted a couple of days ago?
Thanks
