Hey guys, Just wondering if anyone knows if all 3 letters can be from different vets? I have 3 vets that I am able to get letters from and am wondering If I can use them or If I can only use 2 and have to find another. Thanks, Kelly

I don't think it would hurt your application if all 3 letters came from vets. The most important thing about your reference letters is that they are "glowing." Meaning that they are personal letters, where it is obvious that the person writing them has gotten to know you on a personal level and is confident in your abilities to become a great veterinarian.
Its very important to ask for your mentors for "A GOOD reference letter" vs. "Can you write me a reference letter."
The only thing I can think of that would help your application with the 3rd referee letter coming from someone else would be that it shows you are a well rounded person vs. only doing extracurriculars surrounding vet related things...
That being said....Three awesome letters from 3 vets is much better then 2 awesome letters from vets and a mediocre one from someone else.
Your reference letters will not help you get into vet school but they will prevent you from getting in (I.e. they are used in more of a red-flag way then anything else).
Hope this helps and makes sense!
Good luck!

I agree with everything 'OVC2017' said - All 3 of my letters were from vets, I don't think that hurt OR helped me, the best thing to do is get letters from people you know have a good impression of you. If the third vet isn't too fond of you, use a prof/somebody who is.
Good luck!
