Hi there,
I am having some difficulty choosing between two non-vet referees. The first is a retail manager that I have worked with for 3 years. However, I haven't worked with her since early 2013. The second is a more recent supervisor at OVC who I am still currently employed with, but only as of September 2014. I am wondering if there is more of a preference towards referees who have known the applicant longer, or those who have worked with the applicant more recently.
Not sure if this plays a deciding factor, but my two other letters include a vet whom I've worked with one year ago, and another vet who I am still working with today.
