Hi,
This is a question about the BIF portion of the application
For extracurricular experience, I know you can put clubs/teams/etc. but what about going to the gym?
What I mean is that I go to the Fitness Centre to on campus to workout 5+ hours per week. If this were a team or club i was giving 5 hours per week to, this would be a significant point on my application. Is there any way I can use this on my application? I am interested in health and fitness and I can show this by my logged gym hours, except I'm not sure if it counts for extracurricular experience.
Thanks

Bro, I don't think they care if you go to the gym

Please consider WHY we ask for extracurriculars. We want you to have interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Hello,
I have put being a member of Future Vets Club as an extracurricular activity on my BIF. I know that being a general member of a club wouldn't show how I've learned things or enhanced skills, however I have attended events like networking brunches, trips, mock MMIs and more. I explained this in my description. Would it still be a good idea to add this as an activity? Without it I would only have 4 extracurriculars since I mostly had jobs.
I would like to have a second opinion on this.
Thank you

If you weren't involved in organizing any of the events it is not really appropriate
