Does anyone know when the stats for this admission cycle will be posted?

I believe they are usually posted anytime between the middle of August - beginning of September

I see the median grade for admitted students has risen again. Is this trend expected to continue? I have a 92 avg but wasn't planning to apply till next year. Concerned this will no longer be competitive.

Concerned this will no longer be competitive. I would say you’re in a really good place academically and wouldn’t worry too much. It is expected that the average rises every year..typically barely by a 1%..this year it was very competitive it could be an outlier. However, having said that, admission to the program is already very competitive so keep this in mind. In my opinion, I would focus on your interview skills and prepare enough in advance to be confident in your ability to communicate your thoughts out loud and to people you don’t know. This way, you can try your best in both sectors of the admission requirements (academic and interview) and put yourself in the best position possible to succeed!

Thank you for your advice! I guess what I need now is a solid interview!

I am super sad about not getting in this year. I feel right below with an 88%... only 0.05% to go. I am going back this year to upgrade and hopefully can rise it above a 90. Goodluck everyone

To BovineAsh and anyone else going through something similar:
I was in the exact same position at one point, and was crushed by how close I was to getting in, missing out by less than 1% just like you. It sucks so much, and it's devastating, but I'm glad to hear you're trying again. I hope you'll also look at this experience hopefully, and acknowledge the fact that you are not too far from getting in, and that it will only take a little bit more to make it into the accepted range (even if the average goes up again). I was able to raise my average enough to make it in second time around, and I hope you can do it too. You're so close, and it won't take much more to get you there!
