It says on Guelph's website I need 2 years (4 semesters) of required courses before application and I want to take:
AGR: Agriculture ANSC: Animal Science BIOL: Biology (Animal Biology) EQN: Equine ENVS: Environmental Science ZOO: Zoology MCB: Molecular and Cell Biology FREN: French Studies BIOM: Biomedical Sciences ASCI: Arts and Sciences
Where could I take them? Are there any schools in Ottawa that are commonly used as a waypoint between highschool and Guelph? TYSM!

I'm in grade 10 so I'm just starting to form ideas about my future but it seems there are little to no accredited College or Universitys that I can get into straight out of highschool so is this a never ending cycle of me taking prerequisites and entering into one school just to take more? I'm a little confused on that front.

I would suggest you chat with an academic advisor or counsellor so they can clarify what you need to do.
You would go into any university and as part of your program (perhaps a BSc) you would take:
2 Biological Sciences (with recommended emphasis on animal biology) 1 Cell Biology Genetics Biochemistry Statistics 2 Humanities/social sciences (Consider topics such as ethics, logic, critical thinking, determinants of human behaviour and human social interaction.)
We have students from U Ottawa and Carleton. But if you want a program that focusses on agriculture McGill's MacDonald campus may be a good option that is close. You are also welcome to apply to U of Guelph given we have a lot of animal-related majors.
