Hey all, When I was applying, I made up the following spreadsheet that really helped with gathering and organizing all the pertinent information for my own application, as well as to summarize the stats from the previous years' admitted students and compare my stats to theirs: docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B08j-U1CX9S9YjVlZDJkYjMtOTYzMi00ZmY4LWE5YmMtYTU1NGU5NDUzM2Zk&hl=en_US(Note: a lot of the features/coding/charts are stripped in the Google Docs version/preview, so I definitely suggest you download it and use Excel) I think the sheet is generally straightforward (granted, I'm a little biased since I created it for myself): - The only places you enter information are coloured bright yellow
- You can enter your course information/grades and MCAT scores and all your averages will be automatically calculated, as well as compared to those for the admitted classes for which the stats are available online
- You can organize your required documents information
- You can view summary charts for the stats of the admitted classes since the class of 2010 (admitted in 2006), as well as see where your stats are on the charts (they are automatically plotted)
Anyways, I found this helpful when I was applying (I'm a spreadsheet kind of a person), so if it's of help to any of you applicants too, that's great. James

That looks very useful, dreizehn! I'm constantly re-calculating everything on paper, something like this would save me a lot of time. Looks pretty sharp, too!
I'm obligated however to remind our users to never provide your username / password for your central student ID, or save it as a document on your computer. Perhaps that section of the document can be left blank.
