"40% is the average of the courses completed in your last two acceptable full-time semesters"
I am not sure if I am understanding this correctly, but when it says the "last two acceptable full-time semesters", are they saying that the two semesters won't have to be taken consecutively? For example, if I take a full-time semester (let's call that semester A), then one with less then five courses (lets call that semester B), and then another full-time semester (let's call that semester C), can they take the average of A and C, even when there is a semester B (not full-semester) in between?
Another situation is, let's say I took full-semesters in semesters A, B, and C, but I find that my mark in semester A is better than semester B, can I tell them to look at A and C? Or will it have to be the average for B and C because those are the "last two acceptable full-time semesters"?
Thanks!

Hi Peachea,
You are correct in saying the semesters do not have to be consecutive! As long as they are the two most-recent full-time semesters, they are valid. I am doing this myself, as my W11 semester was not full time; my application this year will include my F10 and F11 semesters.
However, don't forget that you can't use ANY of the courses from that non-full-time semester on your application. I took a genetics course in W11 that would have looked great on my application, but I cannot use it.
You can't pick two full-time semesters for the admissions committee to look at; they are always the two most recent ones.
I hope this answers all of your questions!
