Does anyone know how long we have to read the question and how long we have to respond on Kira Talent?

I don't think it's that kind of interview, but I'm not sure!
On the website it says it will be a discussion around your BIF experiences. So I don't think there will be a prompt to read like in a traditional, scenario-based MMI. Rather, the interview will likely just begin with them asking broad, opening questions about your BIF.

Is anyone able to confirm how the kira interviews work?
Will we be asked questions regarding specific experiences on our BIF or will it be more general questions that we then can relate back to our own experiences if we want?
There hasn't been any information given which is making it hard to prepare for interviews!

Hey there! This is my first year applying and I was lucky enough to get an interview. I am also finding it difficult to prepare since there doesn't seem to be anything online that describes the actual format of the interview other than that it will be a "synchronous" personal MMI format, 4 rounds. How much time do we get to answer each question? Even though its synchronous, I have heard that the interviewers don't respond/ask follow up questions. If anyone knows more information and would like to share, I would really appreciated it!

I believe it is much like the MMI format, however, rather than answering to ethical scenarios you are doing a personal interview. So elaborating on your BIF answers and generally talking about why you want to me a veterinarian. I wouldn’t stress too much about prepping for an MMI, like usual. Just be yourself and tell the truth about your goals!  I’m sure you’ll do great. 👍 |

How long do we get to answer each question? Do we know if the interviewer has our BIF on hand or is this a closedbook interview?

Hmmmmm I don’t think that information has been released. Are you worried about remembering what is on your BIF?
If anyone knows more about the details, that would be great to know! My best guess is that they’ll give more information when they send out the Kira links. 👍

Does anyone know if we will be talking directly to people, or if we will be asked questions, then we would record ourselves answering them to a screen?
