I played an intramural sport many years ago during my undergrad, how do I find someone to validate this? Also, does weight-lifting count as an extra curricular activity? I'm also unsure how to have this validated as well.
Under employment experiences, are the validators just individuals who can validate that we worked there? Or are they required to give a reference?

Validators ideally are people who 'supervised' you, a coach, boss, volunteer coordinator. For weight lifting you would need someone who coached you or perhaps assisted you.
On our website it states: "Success in the DVM program and as a future professional requires a balanced attitude, mature outlook, strong interpersonal, team and organizational skills, and commitment to serving society and local communities.
Veterinary medicine is just as much about working with human colleagues as it is with animals. Engagement in activities outside of the profession also helps veterinarians to manage life balance. It is similarly important that student veterinarians have developed and evolved well-being strategies and balance to prepare for the rigor of the veterinary curriculum. "

Question about extracurricular activities vs animal experiences: I have more than 6 animal experiences but the BIF has a maximum of 6 animal experiences that can be listed. Can I put the other experiences (the ones that aren't as significant but still involved animals) under the extracurricular activities section? Or should I just not include them? Thanks!

Each section is considered separately. Please do not put overflow of one category into another.
