What if there is a prereq issue?

Hi guys, I had some questions about the prerequisites. 

1. I completely forgot to submit a course evaluation request for one of my biological sciences courses (one I have the highest mark in) and I am pretty certain it will work (it's a physiology course) but I did not confirm. I was wondering if there was an issue would the admission team reach out to me and give me a chance to swap it to a different prereq (as I have taken multiple biological sciences courses, it's jsut that the physiology one I took is the highest grade), or would they just deny my application completely?

2. If I took a first year stats course in third year, but a second year stats course in second year, does this mean I cannot use the first year stats course for the stats prereq? The thing is, the first year stats course was not a prereq for the second year stats course and I believe the course content is pretty different.

Hello, i wanted to ask if i need to resubmit my proof of residency for ontario again if i apply this cycle, i applied last cycle and submitted it and on webadvisor it says submitted but on lasy years date.
